  • Day 01
    Arrive Cairo
    • On arrival at Cairo, Our representative greets you at the ‘meeting point’ at the exit after immigration and customs and transfers you comfortably to your hotel (check-in after 1400 hrs).
    • This evening, look forward to a dazzling Sound and Light Show at the Giza Pyramids. This spectacular show uses innovative techniques to narrate the history of ancient Egypt with magnificent sound and light effects against the Pyramids as a backdrop.
    • Overnight in Cairo.
      Breakfast at hotel/restaurant, Lunch and Dinner at an Indian restaurant.

    Day 02
    In Cairo
    • Today, enjoy a full day excursion to Alexandria, the city founded by Alexander the Great. With an atmosphere more Mediterranean than Middle Eastern, this city has many unique attractions.
    • Spend the day viewing the relics of a bygone age, the highlight of Alexandria. Visit the Qaitbay Fortress, Library and the Catacombs. Overnight in Cairo.
      Breakfast at the hotel, Lunch and Dinner at an Indian restaurant.

    Day 03
    In Cairo
    • After check-out, spend the morning at the Great Pyramids of Giza; Cheops – one of the oldest and largest pyramid on the Giza plateau, Chephren and Mykerinos, and the defending Sphinx – one of the most majestic and enduring monuments of Egypt.
    • Next, visit the Papyrus Institute. See the processes and efforts it took to make this ancient form of paper. Also, enjoy the beautiful illustrative Egyptian art and stories painted depicting Egyptian lifestyle and culture.
    • Later, visit the Perfume Factory where a demonstration in the art of perfume making awaits you. The next stop is at the Jewelry Shop where you can browse through exquisite ornaments and shop to your heart’s content.
    • In the afternoon, visit the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities which houses one of the world’s greatest collections of Egyptian artefacts. It boasts of more than 136,000 artefacts from over five thousand years of Egyptian history.
    • End the day with a visit to the Khan El Khalili Bazaar – Cairo’s most important shopping area for souvenirs and all types of typical Egyptian artefacts. Overnight in Cairo.

    Day 04
    Onto Aswan
    • After breakfast at the hotel you will be transferred to Cairo airport for your flight to Aswan.On arrival, board your Nile Cruise.
    • Embark on a sightseeing tour of Aswan. Visit the High Dam, Philae Temple, and Unfinished Obelisk. Overnight onboard the cruise.
      Breakfast at the hotel, Lunch and Dinner onboard the cruise.

    Day 05
    Onboard the Nile Cruise
    • Today, sail to Kom Ombo, the home of Sobek – the crocodile God who was worshipped in pre-dynastic times. Witness the ancient remains of a temple of a somewhat unusual style. In fact, it is a double temple.
    • The right hand temple is the one consecrated to Sobek and the second one is dedicated to Haroeris – the falcon-headed Sky God. This temple was built overlooking the Nile. This morning, you can opt for an excursion to Abu Simbel – flanked by the almost-as impressive temple of Nefertari the entire site is truly awe-inspiring (OPTIONAL).
    • Continue sailing to Edfu. On arrival, take a horse carriage ride to visit the Horus Temple. The best preserved temple in the whole of Egypt, it has many inscriptions in the Coptic language and is adorned with paintings from that era. Overnight onboard the cruise.

    Day 06
    Onboard the Nile Cruise
    • Today, we sail to cross the Esna Lock on the Nile to reach Luxor. Later, we cross over to the west bank of the Nile River to visit the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple and the Colossi of Memnon.
    • Also visit the Luxor & Karnak Temples on the East Bank of the Nile. Overnight onboard the cruise.
      Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner onboard the cruise.

    Day 07
    Homeword Bound
    • Early this morning, you have the option of embarking on an unforgettable experience – a 40-minute hot air balloon ride over the West Bank of Luxor viewing the Ramesseum Temple, Medinet Habu Temple, desert, farmland and in the distance, the mighty river Nile.
    • Good times need never end! As you get ready for the airport and your flight back home.

    EXCLUDES

    • Optional & Add-On tours unless mentioned otherwise.
    • Any increase in the airfare / taxes / routing charged by the airlines on air ticket (presently calculated as on 15 July 2015).
    • Airline / Hotel surcharges (if applicable) during High / Festive season, Trade Fairs, Exhibitions, Conventions, Special Events etc. to be paid extra per person.
    • Porterage at hotels, airports, seaports, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, all items of personal nature, food and drinks not forming part of the touring group’s menu.
    • Anything not specifically mentioned in ‘What Your Tour Price Includes’ box.
    • An additional amount of INR 1500/- is to be compulsorily paid by way of ‘Secure Your Booking Amount’.
    • Government Service Tax 5.00% on gross bill.
    • Cost of extension of validity or deviation of the air ticket.
    • Any increase in rate of USD (presently calculated at 1 USD = INR 65) leading to an increase in Tour Cost coming into effect prior to departure. However, the rate prevailing on given day of payment will apply.
    • Services of  Tour Manager.
    • Cost of US$10,000 granted by Reserve Bank of India under Basic Travel Quota Scheme.

  • Payment Policy

          • Initial deposit – Rs.15,000/-per person to confirm your booking with us.
          • 100% payment to be made at least 15 days before departure.
          • Total Payment in INR as per the prevailing exchange rate on the date of final Payment.

     

    Payment Policy : Cancellation

          • All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation are per-blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers / vendors if these services are released within the below mentioned time frame.
          • If circumstances make you cancel the tour , the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.

     

    Cancellation Will Attract The Following Cancellation

          • 35 Days or more prior to Departure              15% of the Tour Cost.
          • 34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure          25% of the Tour Cost.
          • 14 Days to 08 Days prior to Departure          50% of the Tour Cost.
          • 08 Days and beyond                                          100% of the Tour Cost.

    Prices Are for a Minimum 2 passenger Traveling Together , No Refund for Un-utilized Service .

          • Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We don’t hold any confirmation for hotels/airline.
          • Its subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by passenger.
          • Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. Destiny Travels will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change with our prior notice.
          • Check-in time at hotel is 14:00 hrs & check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
          • Your tours and transfers are based on not at disposal basis.
          • Your itinerary will be strictly on timings.
          • Room rates based on standard rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for valley facing rooms.
          • Breakfast will start from day 2 of the itinerary.
          • Services will be given in exchange of original vouchers/itinerary only.
          • If lunch is included in sightseeing it will be light pack lunch.
          • Portages and coach captain tips are extra.
          • Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost.
          • There is no refund for utilized service.
          • On hilly areas the ac will not work.
          • We will not be held responsible for any delays in airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
          • During sightseeing the vehicle will go up to permissible point only, from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers.
          • Any govt.tax levied must be borne by the passengers only.
          • Pre payment of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
          • If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard.
          • No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
          • If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Destiny Travels is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
