  • Day 01
    Arrive Into Toronto
    • Welcome to your ‘Eastern Canada’ tour !! On arrival into Toronto, your representative greets you at the ‘meeting point’ at the exit after immigration and customs and transfers you comfortably to your hotel.
    • Toronto is Canada’s most cosmopolitan city situated on beautiful Lake Ontario.
      Meal – Dinner.

    Day 02
    In Toronto
    • This morning, explore the sights of Toronto on a guided orientation tour including the provincial Parliament Buildings, City Hall, the financial district, Chinatown, residential areas and the waterfront.
    • Visit the famous CN Tower, the world’s tallest building and free standing structure. Ride the glass – fronted high speed elevators to the Observation Deck for unforgettable views of Toronto and Lake Ontario.
    • Towards  the evening, discover the beauty of the legendary whirlpool and rapids as you cruise past the base of the falls on the Maid of the Mist operates from the lats week of May. The View Mobile Tram ride will be provided instead to all tours arriving Niagara falls prior to the last week of May.
    • A panoramic night view of the spectacularly lit Niagara Falls awaits you.

    Day 03
    Onto Ottawa
    • Today, drive to Ottawa. En route enjoy, enjoy the 1000 Islands Cruise, highlighting the westerly 1000 Islands, Fort Henry shipwrecks, classical architecture, Canada’s Royal Military College and the imposing Kingston Penitentiary.
    • Later, enjoy a guided orientation tour of Ottawa. See the Parliament Buildings, Embassy Row, the Royal Canadian Mint, the National Gallery, Aviation Museum, the Canadian Museum of Civilization in Gatineau, the residence of the Prime Minster and Governor – General .
      Meal – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

    Day 04
    Onto Montreal
    • This morning, proceed to Montreal. On arrival and see numerous highlights such as the Notre Dame Basilica. The financial and residential district, historic Old Montreal, the charming Latin Quarter.
      Meal – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner..

    Day 05
    In Montreal
    • Today,depart on a full day excursion to Quebec City. Embark on guided orientation tour Explore Old Quebec, historic heart of French Canada, and soak up the quaint French atmosphere of narrow streets while having insights form your guide bout the city’s history and culture.
    • Stop by Place Royal. what’s known as the birthplace of French civilization in North America and admire the beautiful Plains of Abraham , where the famous battle between the French and English armies took place in 1759.
    • Enjoy views of picturesque Place d’Armers and take photos of the astounding Chateau Frontenac hotel. You’ll also observe the city walls and learn about their important function centuries ago.
      Meal – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

    Day 06
    Homeward Bound
    • Good times need never end !! As you get ready for the airport and your flight back home. We are confident you will join us again, Sometime soon.
    • Breakfast either at the hotel or on-board your return flight.

    • Cost of USD 10,000 granted by the Reserve Bank of India under the Basic Travel Quota Scheme.
    • Any increase in the airfare / taxes / routing charged by the airlines for ticket (presently calculated on 14th Aug 2015)
    • Airline and Hotel surcharges (if applicable) during high / festive season to be paid extra per person.
    • Cost of extension of validity or deviation of your air ticket.
    • Any increase in Rate of Euro leading to an increase in Tour Cost coming into effect prior to departure. However, the rate prevailing on the given day of payment will apply.
    • Porterage at hotels, apartment, airports and seaports, tips, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming part of the touring group’s menu.
    • Medical test and Premium cost of your Overseas Travel Insurance policy valid for passengers above 70 years of age.
    • Anything not specifically mentioned in ‘What Your Tour Price Includes’ box.

  • Payment Policy

          • Initial deposit – Rs.15,000/-per person to confirm your booking with us.
          • 100% payment to be made at least 15 days before departure.
          • Total Payment in INR as per the prevailing exchange rate on the date of final Payment.

     

    Payment Policy : Cancellation

          • All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation are per-blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers / vendors if these services are released within the below mentioned time frame.
          • If circumstances make you cancel the tour , the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.

     

    Cancellation Will Attract The Following Cancellation

          • 35 Days or more prior to Departure              15% of the Tour Cost.
          • 34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure          25% of the Tour Cost.
          • 14 Days to 08 Days prior to Departure          50% of the Tour Cost.
          • 08 Days and beyond                                          100% of the Tour Cost.

    Prices Are for a Minimum 2 passenger Traveling Together , No Refund for Un-utilized Service .

          • Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We don’t hold any confirmation for hotels/airline.
          • Its subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by passenger.
          • Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. Destiny Travels will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change with our prior notice.
          • Check-in time at hotel is 14:00 hrs & check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
          • Your tours and transfers are based on not at disposal basis.
          • Your itinerary will be strictly on timings.
          • Room rates based on standard rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for valley facing rooms.
          • Breakfast will start from day 2 of the itinerary.
          • Services will be given in exchange of original vouchers/itinerary only.
          • If lunch is included in sightseeing it will be light pack lunch.
          • Portages and coach captain tips are extra.
          • Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost.
          • There is no refund for utilized service.
          • On hilly areas the ac will not work.
          • We will not be held responsible for any delays in airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
          • During sightseeing the vehicle will go up to permissible point only, from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers.
          • Any govt.tax levied must be borne by the passengers only.
          • Pre payment of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
          • If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard.
          • No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
          • If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Destiny Travels is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
