  • Day 01
    Arrive Nairobi
    • On arrival into Nairobi, local representative greets you at the ‘meeting point’ at the exit after immigration and customs and transfers you to your hotel (check-in after 1400hrs). Nairobi is the capital and Kenya’s most colorful city.
    • The rest of the day is at leisure or you can enjoy some optional excursions. Overnight in Nairobi.
      Meal – Dinner.

    Day 02
    Onto Amboseli
    • After a short briefing about your safari, you will be driven through the rugged landscape of the Kenyan plains to the Amboseli National Park situated in the north, at the foot hills of Mount Kilimanjaro (19430ft), the highest Mountain in Africa. Amboseli is famous for its vast herds of elephants and stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
    • Be sure to have your camera ready as you embark on an afternoon game drive in search of elephants, giraffes, buffaloes and much more. Overnight in Ambosel.

    Day 03
    Onto Aberdare
    • This morning, drive through the highlands to Aberdare. Travel with picnic lunch boxes past Nyeri and drive to the base hotel, located at around 6000 ft. above sea level on a hill facing the majestic snow capped Mt. Kenya.
    • The rest of the day will be at leisure enjoying your clubs facilities. Overnight in Aberdare.

    Day 04
    In Aberdare
    • Spend this morning at leisure either by enjoying the club’s facilities or even a walk on the well-manicured lawns.In the afternoon, depart for the lodge nestled deep in the forests of the Aberdare National Park.
    • This world-renowned rustic tree-house is dedicated to game viewing. Tonight, enjoy a game viewing experience from the lodge as herds of buffalo, elephant and other mountain game come to drink at the resident flood-lit waterhole. Overnight in Aberdare National Reserve.
      Meal -Breakfast & Dinner.

    Day 05
    Onto Lake Naivasha
    • Today, drive through the Great Rift Valley into Lake Naivasha, host to over 400 species of bird life which is endemic and migratory. This beautiful fresh water lake fringed by thick papyrus is almost 13kms wide but its waters are shallow.
    • Enjoy a boat ride on the lake and take in its surroundings which are rich in natural beauty. The fertile soils and water supply have made this one of Kenya’s prime agricultural regions and the waters of the lake draw a great number of game to its shores. Giraffe are often seeing wandering among the acacia, buffalo wallow in the swamps and Colobus monkeys call from the treetops while the lake’s large hippo population sleeps the day out in the shallow waters. Sunsets are stunning and the haunting call of a Fish Eagle high over the lake brings the day to a perfect end. Overnight in Lake Naivasha.

    Onto Masai Mara
    • This morning, depart for the rolling savannah plains of Masai Mara, backdrop to the greatest wildlife spectacle on earth – the annual migration of over one million wildebeest.
    • Masai Mara although hilly is both humid and fertile thus offering an absolutely unique variety of animals. This world-renowned reserve which stretches over 1510 sq. km. of open rolling grasslands is watered by the Mara River and littered with an astonishing amount of wildlife, bird life and natural flora.
    • It is home to Africa’s famous “big five” (lion, elephant, rhino, leopard and buffalo). Enjoy an enthralling afternoon game drive where you have the chance to see wildlife like elephant, lion, buffalo, zebra, giraffe, hyena and many other birds like ostrich etc. Overnight in Masai Mara.

    Day 07
    In Masai Mara
    • This morning, enjoy a per-breakfast game drive for an opportunity to see the animals awaken to another day of feeding or catch a lion attempting a kill or enjoying what he has killed during the night.
    • This is the time when the animals go to the river to enjoy their first drink of water. The rest of the morning is at leisure or you have the option of enjoying a morning (after breakfast) game drive.
    • In the afternoon, you have another chance to spot lions, cheetahs and other spectacular predators on a game drive which will be the highlight of your trip. Overnight in Masai Mara.

    Homeward Bound

    EXCLUDES

    • Cost of US$ 10,000 granted by Reserve Bank of India under the Basic Travel Quota Scheme.
    • Any increase in airfare / taxes / routing charged by the airline for ticket (presently calculated on 15 July, 2015).
    • Airline and Hotel surcharges (if applicable) during High / Festive season, Trade Fairs, Exhibitions, Conventions, Special Events etc. to be paid extra per person.
    • Cost of extension of validity or deviation of your air ticket.
    • Any increase in rate of USD (presently calculated at USD 1 = INR 65) leading to an increase in Tour Cost coming into effect prior to departure. However, the rate prevailing on the given day of payment will apply.
    • Porterage at hotels, apartments, lodges, airports, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, insurance and all items of personal nature, also food and drinks not forming part of the group’s menu.
    • Anything not specifically mentioned in ‘What Your Tour Price Includes’ box.
    • An additional amount of INR 1,500/- per person is to be compulsorily paid by way of “Secure Your Booking Amount”.
    • Government Service Tax 9.00% on gross bill.
    • Optional and Add-on tours unless otherwise specified.

    • Medical tests and vaccinations required for travel to Kenya
    • Tips of USD 5 per person per day to be paid to drivers and guides.

  • Payment Policy

          • Initial deposit – Rs.15,000/-per person to confirm your booking with us.
          • 100% payment to be made at least 15 days before departure.
          • Total Payment in INR as per the prevailing exchange rate on the date of final Payment.

     

    Payment Policy : Cancellation

          • All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation are per-blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers / vendors if these services are released within the below mentioned time frame.
          • If circumstances make you cancel the tour , the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.

     

    Cancellation Will Attract The Following Cancellation

          • 35 Days or more prior to Departure              15% of the Tour Cost.
          • 34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure          25% of the Tour Cost.
          • 14 Days to 08 Days prior to Departure          50% of the Tour Cost.
          • 08 Days and beyond                                          100% of the Tour Cost.

    Prices Are for a Minimum 2 passenger Traveling Together , No Refund for Un-utilized Service .

          • Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We don’t hold any confirmation for hotels/airline.
          • Its subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by passenger.
          • Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. Destiny Travels will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change with our prior notice.
          • Check-in time at hotel is 14:00 hrs & check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
          • Your tours and transfers are based on not at disposal basis.
          • Your itinerary will be strictly on timings.
          • Room rates based on standard rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for valley facing rooms.
          • Breakfast will start from day 2 of the itinerary.
          • Services will be given in exchange of original vouchers/itinerary only.
          • If lunch is included in sightseeing it will be light pack lunch.
          • Portages and coach captain tips are extra.
          • Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost.
          • There is no refund for utilized service.
          • On hilly areas the ac will not work.
          • We will not be held responsible for any delays in airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
          • During sightseeing the vehicle will go up to permissible point only, from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers.
          • Any govt.tax levied must be borne by the passengers only.
          • Pre payment of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
          • If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard.
          • No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
          • If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Destiny Travels is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
