  • Day 01
    Arrive Johannesburg
    • Welcome to your “Durga Puja South African Sojourn” tour! On arrival into Johannesburg, Representative greets you at the “meeting point” at the exit after you complete Immigration and Customs.
    • Then proceed for a city tour. Visit Gandhi Square where Gandhiji had his office, Elise Park Stadium, Nelson Mandela Square and Hillbrow Tower. Overnight in Johannesburg.

    Day 02
    In Johannesburg
    • Enjoy a day excursion to Sun City. Sun City offers a myriad of different entertainment and relaxation opportunities as well as enough attractions and activities to keep everyone busy.
    • Today while at Sun City, you have the chance to enjoy the various activities on offer such as a visit to the Bird Aviary, Archery, Jet Ski, Parasailing, motor boats etc. on your own. Overnight in Johannesburg.

    Day 03
    In Johannesburg
    • Early morning, check out and proceed to airport in Johannesburg to board your flight to George. On arrival, drive to Mossel Bay.
    • In the evening, proceed to the natural tidal pool and relax for the evening. Overnight in Mossel Bay.

    Day 04
    In Mossel Bay
    • Today, proceed to Oudtshoorn and visit Cango Caves, one of the world’s great wonders, to experience the fusion of fantasy and natural beauty in the world’s finest stalactite caves.
    • Thereafter, proceed to an Ostrich Farm to avail of this never-before opportunity to ride an ostrich or to stand on top of an ostrich egg. Later, we visit Cheetah Land and Crocodile Farm at the Cango Wildlife Ranch. In the evening, embark on a lighthouse hike. Overnight in Mossel Bay.

    Day 05
    In Mossel Bay
    • This morning, proceed for a day’s excursion to Knysna. En route make a halt at Bloukrans Bridge located in the Tsitsikamma Region. Bloukrans Bridge is the site of the world’s highest commercial bunjee jumping.
    • Thereafter, continue onto Knynsa, a town in the heart of South Africa’s beautiful Garden Route just east of Cape Town, nestled in between the Outeniqua Mountains and the Indian Ocean. Stop here for a photograph before continuing on your journey across some beautiful towns by the sea. Enjoy Bunjee jumping (Optional) at Bloukrans Bridge located in the Tsitsikamma Region. Overnight in Mossel Bay.

    Day 06
    In Mossel Bay
    • Today, proceed for one of the most Scenic Walks of your lifetime on a 15km long trail. During your walk, you will be flanked on either side by majestic mountain ranges and by the beauty and wonder of the Indian Ocean.
    • You can also enjoy optional activities such as Helicopter Ride – for breathtaking views of the wonderful sea and more than 60 kms of beaches or Quad Biking – a 4-wheeled bike ride or Speed Boat Ride. Overnight in Mossel Bay.

    Day 07
    Onto Garden Route
    • This morning, proceed to a game lodge for a thrilling 4×4 African Safari game drive. This will give you a chance to come face-to-face with the Big 5 – lions, leopards, elephants, wild buffalo and rhino.
    • The evening is free to rest at the lodge. Overnight in Garden Route.

    Day 08
    Onto Cape Town
    • Today, depart for Cape Town. This is South Africa’s most beautiful city blessed with good climate, a natural setting and well-developed infrastructure. Also known as “The Mother City”, it is the second most populous city in South Africa after Johannesburg.
    • In the evening, proceed to the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront.Overnight in Cape Town.

    Day 09
    In Cape Town
    • This morning, proceed for a visit to Table Mountain – South Africa’s premier tourist attraction. Take the cable car (weather permitting) and enjoy an exhilarating ascent to the top for breathtaking views over the city and its beaches.
    • This panorama stretches from Table Bay to False Bay and around the mountain to the Hout Bay valley. Next, embark on an orientation tour of the city driving past Houses of Parliament, the Castle, Signal Hill, Sea Point, the Waterfront, Malay Quarters and the downtown business district. In the evening, proceed to Canal Walk – the 3rd largest shopping complex in Africa.
    • This shopping centre hosts over 400 stores, 7000 parking bays, numerous restaurants, 20 cinemas and a gaming arcade.Overnight in Cape Town.

    Day 10
    In Cape Town
    • Today, enjoy day excursion to Cape Point Peninsula. Also visit Cape of Good Hope, the southwestern point of the African continent. On the way back, drive through the area of millionaires.
    • In the evening, proceed to Seal Island to see the Cape Fur Seals. Overnight in Cape Town.

    • Any increase in the airfare / taxes / routing charged by the airlines on air ticket (presently calculated as on 01 May 2015).
    • Airline / Hotel surcharges (if applicable) during High / Festive Season, Trade Fairs, Exhibitions, Conventions, Special Events etc. to be paid extra per person.
    • Porterage at hotels, apartments, airports and seaports, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, items of personal nature, food and drinks not forming part of the touring group’s menu.
    • Anything not specifically mentioned in ‘What Your Tour Price Includes’ box.
    • An additional amount of INR 1500/- per person is to be compulsorily paid by way of ‘Secure Your Booking Amount’.
    • Government Service Tax 5.00% on gross bill.
    • Cost of extension of validity or deviation of your air ticket.
    • Cost of US$ 10,000 granted by Reserve Bank of India under the Basic Travel Quota Scheme.
    • Any increase in rate of ZAR (presently calculated at 1 ZAR = INR 5.60) leading to an increase in Tour Cost coming into effect prior to departure. However, the rate prevailing on given day of payment will apply.

  • Payment Policy

          • Initial deposit – Rs.15,000/-per person to confirm your booking with us.
          • 100% payment to be made at least 15 days before departure.
          • Total Payment in INR as per the prevailing exchange rate on the date of final Payment.

     

    Payment Policy : Cancellation

          • All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation are per-blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers / vendors if these services are released within the below mentioned time frame.
          • If circumstances make you cancel the tour , the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.

     

    Cancellation Will Attract The Following Cancellation

          • 35 Days or more prior to Departure              15% of the Tour Cost.
          • 34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure          25% of the Tour Cost.
          • 14 Days to 08 Days prior to Departure          50% of the Tour Cost.
          • 08 Days and beyond                                          100% of the Tour Cost.

    Prices Are for a Minimum 2 passenger Traveling Together , No Refund for Un-utilized Service .

          • Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We don’t hold any confirmation for hotels/airline.
          • Its subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by passenger.
          • Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. Destiny Travels will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change with our prior notice.
          • Check-in time at hotel is 14:00 hrs & check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
          • Your tours and transfers are based on not at disposal basis.
          • Your itinerary will be strictly on timings.
          • Room rates based on standard rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for valley facing rooms.
          • Breakfast will start from day 2 of the itinerary.
          • Services will be given in exchange of original vouchers/itinerary only.
          • If lunch is included in sightseeing it will be light pack lunch.
          • Portages and coach captain tips are extra.
          • Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost.
          • There is no refund for utilized service.
          • On hilly areas the ac will not work.
          • We will not be held responsible for any delays in airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
          • During sightseeing the vehicle will go up to permissible point only, from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers.
          • Any govt.tax levied must be borne by the passengers only.
          • Pre payment of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
          • If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard.
          • No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
          • If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Destiny Travels is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
