  • Day 01
    Arrive Into Vancouver
    • Welcome to your ‘Western Canada’ tour !! On arrival into Toronto, your representative greets you at the ‘meeting point’ at the exit after immigration and customs and transfers you comfortably to your hotel.
    • Vancouver is a beautiful and vibrant city on the West Coast of Canada with stunning beaches, large natural parks, unique neighborhoods and diverse cultures.
      Meal – Dinner at Hotel.

    Day 02
    In Vancouver
    • This morning, embark on a guided orientation tour and learn about Vancouver’s history, architecture and culture.
    • Visit Chinatown, the second largest in North America, where Asian architecture meets serene gardens and colourful stores. Then tour Gastown, Vancouver’s historic district, where you’ll follows your guide on a stroll down the cobbled streets past 19th – century buildings and sites such as “Blood Alley” and Gassy Jack’s statue and the unique steam clock.
    • See the hustle and bustle of the downtown core while driving through the city center, financial district and Coal harbor area on the way to the beautiful Stanley Park, Vancouver’s first park, with its ever-blooming gardens, pristine coastal areas and roughly 500,000 cedar hemlock trees.
    • At 1,000 acres, it is the largest urban park in Canada and features Native Indian Totem Poles. Drive through the English Bay. Vancouver’s famous sunbathing destination o Queens Park at the top of the city to enjoy a photo stop at the Sunken Gardens, a rock quarry now covered in floral beauty.
    • Visit Capilano Suspension Bridge. Stretching over 450 feet across and 230 feet above Capilano River, the bridge  offers a unique mix of adventure, history and culture. Take in the serenity of a West Coast rain forest and watch traditional totem pole carvers

    Day 03
    In Vancouver
    • Today, embark on a scenic cruise to Victoria. On arrival visit the world famous Butchart Gardens. One of the world’s premier show gardens, and a designated National Historic Site of Canada, it features over 55 acres of meticulously manicured grounds. Butchart Gardens is a wondeland containing spectacular theme gardens, exotic plants, streams and ponds.
    • Ross Garden and Japanese Garden are sure to create a lasting impression. After your visit to the Gardens, continue on to view the highlights of the charming city of Victoria.
    • Enjoy a scenic drive through the University of Victoria, the Royal Victoria Yacht Club, Uplands and Oak Bay residential areas, and Beacon Hill Park. Shop or stroll the Inner Harbour before we call it a day.

    Day 04
    Onto Kamloops
    • This morning, drive to the resort town of Whistler. boasting spectacular mountains, glaciers and some of the most remarkable skiing on the continent.
    • Take the exciting Peak 2 Peak Gondola, spanning the distance between Whistler and Black comb peaks. Soaring up to 1,427 feet above the valley floor and stretching a little over 4 kilometers, the ride offers stunning 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains range and whistler Valley below. Continue to Kamloops.

    Day 05
    Onto Jasper
    • Today, drive to Jasper. The town of Jasper offers visitors unparalleled access to one of the most breathtaking and pristine wilderness areas.
    • Jasper National Park covering 11,228 km, is listed as one of only 15 UNESCO extraordinary sites in Canada. It’s shimmering glaciers, abundant wildlife, crystal clear lakes, thundering waterfalls, deep canyons and evergreen forest, all surrounded by towering, rugged mountains peaks are some of the reasons you will find it on the UNESCO’s World Heritage List – deemed by the World Heritage Committee to number among the most significant sights on earth
      Meal – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

    Day 06
    Onto Lake Louise
    • Drive to Columbia Ice fields, a journey through Jasper National Park, shopping at the Columbia Ice-field for a snow coach ride on the 1,000- foot – thick Athabasca Glacier.
    • Visit the Athabasca Falls and the Colombia Icefield. From the highway the Athabasca and Dome glaciers are visible and there is a fine view of the glacier – draped north face of 3,491 meter Mt Athabasca. It’s the largest of the chain of ice fields along the Great Divin separating Alberta ans British Columbia.
    • This 325 square km accumulation of ice feeds eight large glaciers. Take advantage of picture stops along the way at Peyto Lake. Bow Lake, Crowfoot Glacier.
    • Note – Unfavorable weather conditions may affects the availability of the Columbia Icefields snow coach excursion. Continue down the Icefield Parkway to Lake Louise, “Jewel of Rockies’, whose cold waters mirror the surrounding mountains and glaciers.

    Day 07
    Onto Calgary
    • Today, drive to Calgary. En route visit Banff. Banff is a town within Banff National Park. Stop at the Banff Park Museum a graceful 1903 log building whose style is often described as a “railway pagoda”.
    • This is a natural history museum in the classic Victorian “cabinet museum” tradition.: the building is full of stuffed and mounted specimens of the park’s wildlife, many of which predate the building’s construction.
    • The building and the collection together are both of historical significance because of the fine architecture ans the way in which the museum preserves the park’s early history. Proceed to Calgary.

    Day 08
    Homeward Bound
    • This morning, embark on a guided orientation tour. The tour will take you for a short loop drive through the heart of the downtown core. Then join the extended loop to areas away from the downtown area like the Chinook Mall and Heritage Park. Calgary Zoo, Calgary Tower, Chinatown, Saddle dome, Calgary Olympic Park, Kensington.

    • Cost of extension of validity or deviation of your air ticket.
    • Any increase in Rate of Euro leading to an increase in Tour Cost coming into effect prior to departure. However, the rate prevailing on the given day of payment will apply.
    • Porterage at hotels, apartment, airports and seaports, tips, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming part of the touring group’s menu.
    • Medical test and Premium cost of your Overseas Travel Insurance policy valid for passengers above 70 years of age.

  • Payment Policy

          • Initial deposit – Rs.15,000/-per person to confirm your booking with us.
          • 100% payment to be made at least 15 days before departure.
          • Total Payment in INR as per the prevailing exchange rate on the date of final Payment.

     

    Payment Policy : Cancellation

          • All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation are per-blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers / vendors if these services are released within the below mentioned time frame.
          • If circumstances make you cancel the tour , the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.

     

    Cancellation Will Attract The Following Cancellation

          • 35 Days or more prior to Departure              15% of the Tour Cost.
          • 34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure          25% of the Tour Cost.
          • 14 Days to 08 Days prior to Departure          50% of the Tour Cost.
          • 08 Days and beyond                                          100% of the Tour Cost.

    Prices Are for a Minimum 2 passenger Traveling Together , No Refund for Un-utilized Service .

          • Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We don’t hold any confirmation for hotels/airline.
          • Its subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by passenger.
          • Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. Destiny Travels will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change with our prior notice.
          • Check-in time at hotel is 14:00 hrs & check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
          • Your tours and transfers are based on not at disposal basis.
          • Your itinerary will be strictly on timings.
          • Room rates based on standard rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for valley facing rooms.
          • Breakfast will start from day 2 of the itinerary.
          • Services will be given in exchange of original vouchers/itinerary only.
          • If lunch is included in sightseeing it will be light pack lunch.
          • Portages and coach captain tips are extra.
          • Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost.
          • There is no refund for utilized service.
          • On hilly areas the ac will not work.
          • We will not be held responsible for any delays in airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
          • During sightseeing the vehicle will go up to permissible point only, from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers.
          • Any govt.tax levied must be borne by the passengers only.
          • Pre payment of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
          • If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard.
          • No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
          • If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Destiny Travels is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
