Rome
” The eternal city” is capital of italy and also the capital of latium, a region of central italy. It lies on both banks of the river tiber and the aniene. This is one of the world’s richest cities in history and art and one of the great cultural, religious, and intellectual center.
Roman forum
The roman forum was built in the 6th century b.c. And rapidly became the center of social and political life in ancient rome, and new palaces, statues, temples and courts were added to the area century after century. Now the roman forum is a small open rectangle surrounded by the ruins of ancient government buildings at the center of the city of rome.
The Colosseum
This is the most important monument from ancient rome. Its building began in 75 ad and was opened in 80 ad. This is an amphitheatre where gladiator used to fight. It is a symbol of their glory.
Trevi Fountain
The most majestic in rome, and the most famous throughout the world. The trevi fountain dominates a small square in the heart ofrome. A traditional legend holds that if visitors throw a coin into the fountain, they are ensured a return to rome.
Circus Maximums
This enormous structure was used for entertainment events such as the gripping chariot races that were a huge favorite of the roman people. The area could hold up to 230,000 spectators and is one of the oldest areas in rome.
Capitoline Hill
Capitoline hill was the original capital of the ancient city and continues to serve as a seat of the government. The main feature of this area is michelangelo’s piazza del campidoglio, a testimony to the superiority of renaissance town planning.
Pantheon
The stately pantheon is one of the world’s most inspiring architectural designs. Fittingly built as a temple to the gods by hadrian in 120 ad, its perfectly propositioned floating dome rests on strudy marble columns.

The Duomo
It is an imposing white building dating from 1063. The facade, constructed in the 12th century, has four tiers of open galleries housing statues and decorated with marble inlay.
It is a round white-marble building. The pulpit, supported by lions resting on columns, is decorated with scenes from the life of christ. Also inside are some impressive statues, originally from the outside.

Verona

The Duomo
It is the world’s largest gothic cathedral and the third largest church in europe. Its marble facade is magnificent and its roof has 135 spires and 3200 statues its piazza is the hub of milan. La scala
A very famous opera house seating over 2000 people. Built in 1778 it has a very opulent interior. You can also visit the museum.
Castello Sforzesco
It was originally built in the 15th century by the ruling visconti but was destroyed and rebuilt by the sforzas soon afterward. It became a museum complex in the 19th century and and is one of milan’s major landmarks.
Santa Maria Della Grazie
It contains da vinci’s famous fresco,the last supper. Although the building was bombed in 1943, the fresco survived. To visit, it is necessary to book in advance
