  • Day 01
    Arrive Into Washington D.C
    • Welcome to your  a tour !! On arrival into Washington D C, your representative greets you at the ‘meeting point’ at the exit after immigration and customs and transfers you comfortably to your hotel.
    • The rest of the day is free to explore this capital city on your own.

    Day 02
    Onto Philadelphia
    • The Capital of the U.S.A Washington D.C, is a sightseeing treasure trove.
    • Visit the National Air and Space Museum at the Smithsonian Institution, the world’s largest museum complex. Later, proceed on a guided orientation tour.
    • Your first stop will be Capital Hill. Then on through Pennsylvania Avenue to the Lafayette park for a view of the White House .
    • Make stops at the Washington Monuments, the World War II Memorial, a monument to the spirit, sacrifice, and commitment of the American people, the Lincoln Memorial, located between Constitution and Independence, and is therefore steeped in history, On arrival, enjoy an orientation tour of Philadelphia a city of superlatives: the world’s  largest municipal park; the best collection of public art in the United States; the widest variety of urban architecture in America; the greatest concentration of institutions of higher learning in the country.
    • See the Liberty Bell and the Independence Hall.

    Day 03
    Onto New York
    • This morning, proceed to New York.
    • Catch first glimpses of “Big Apple” on  on your Illumination Tour this evening, driving past spectacularly lit landmarks of New York. It’s magnificent. Spend some free time at Times Square.

    Day 04
    In New York
    • Start your day with a guided visit to the Statue of Liberty, at Liberty Island.
    • Later, enjoy a guided orientation tour of the “City that never sleeps” driving past some of New York’s iconic landmarks like Wall Street, the New York Stock Exchange, World Trade Centre site, Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan Bridge, through Soho, Little Italy, Fifth Avenue, Broadway and Madison Square Garden to Times Square Garden to Time Square , located at the intersection of Broadway and 42nd, popularly known as the ‘Crossroads of the World’ and the hat of the entertainment district.
    • Stop at the United Nations headquarters, the Rockefeller Centre and Trump Tower. Enjoy a short walk in Central Park, an oasis in the heart of the city

    Homeward Bound

    • An additional amount of INR 1500 is to be compulsorily paid by way of “Secure Your Booking Amount”

    • Cost of USD 10,000 granted by the Reserve Bank of India under the Basic Travel Quota Scheme.
    • Any increase in the airfare / taxes / routing charged by the airlines for ticket (presently calculated on 14th Aug 2015)
    • Airline and Hotel surcharges (if applicable) during high / festive season to be paid extra per person.
    • Cost of extension of validity or deviation of your air ticket.
    • Any increase in Rate of Euro leading to an increase in Tour Cost coming into effect prior to departure. However, the rate prevailing on the given day of payment will apply.
    • Porterage at hotels, apartment, airports and seaports, tips, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming part of the touring group’s menu.
    • Medical test and Premium cost of your Overseas Travel Insurance policy valid for passengers above 70 years of age.
    • Anything not specifically mentioned in ‘What Your Tour Price Includes’ box.

  • Payment Policy

          • Initial deposit – Rs.15,000/-per person to confirm your booking with us.
          • 100% payment to be made at least 15 days before departure.
          • Total Payment in INR as per the prevailing exchange rate on the date of final Payment.

     

    Payment Policy : Cancellation

          • All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation are per-blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers / vendors if these services are released within the below mentioned time frame.
          • If circumstances make you cancel the tour , the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.

     

    Cancellation Will Attract The Following Cancellation

          • 35 Days or more prior to Departure              15% of the Tour Cost.
          • 34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure          25% of the Tour Cost.
          • 14 Days to 08 Days prior to Departure          50% of the Tour Cost.
          • 08 Days and beyond                                          100% of the Tour Cost.

    Prices Are for a Minimum 2 passenger Traveling Together , No Refund for Un-utilized Service .

          • Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We don’t hold any confirmation for hotels/airline.
          • Its subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by passenger.
          • Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. Destiny Travels will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change with our prior notice.
          • Check-in time at hotel is 14:00 hrs & check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
          • Your tours and transfers are based on not at disposal basis.
          • Your itinerary will be strictly on timings.
          • Room rates based on standard rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for valley facing rooms.
          • Breakfast will start from day 2 of the itinerary.
          • Services will be given in exchange of original vouchers/itinerary only.
          • If lunch is included in sightseeing it will be light pack lunch.
          • Portages and coach captain tips are extra.
          • Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost.
          • There is no refund for utilized service.
          • On hilly areas the ac will not work.
          • We will not be held responsible for any delays in airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
          • During sightseeing the vehicle will go up to permissible point only, from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers.
          • Any govt.tax levied must be borne by the passengers only.
          • Pre payment of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
          • If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard.
          • No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
          • If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Destiny Travels is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
