  • Day 01
    New Delhi – Shimla
    • Arrive Delhi airport / railway station and drive to Shimla (350 Kms. / 08 hrs) the former summer capital of British India, set amidst the snow capped Shivalik Mountains which offers some of the most stunning views of the mighty Himalayas.
    • Enroute visit Pinjore Gardens or Ropeway at Timber Trail, Parwanoo.
    • Arrive and check into the hotel. Evening free to stroll on The Mall and the famous Ridge.Ridge is famous for its stunning vistas of the valley and the Christ Church which is the most photographed landmark of Shimla.
    • Overnight in the hotel.

    Day 02
    Shimla
    • After Breakfast Excursion to Kufri. Kufri is famous for its Himalayan National Park, Poney and Yak Ride and One can see the endless Himalayan Panorama from Kufri, after lunch sightseeing of various places in and around.
    • Shimla mosques built in(1830), Vice regal Lodge built in (1885), Christ Church built in (1844), The Gaiety Theatre- the first beauty contest of world was supposed to start (1887), The Grindlays Bank (1912)- the world wide bank started by Robert Melville Grindlay, The Scandal Point and The famous Shopping Plaza of the North The Mall.
    • Overnight in the hotel.

    Day 03
    Shimla to Manali  (265 Kms. 8 Hrs.)
    • Transfer from Shimla to Manali by surface Enroute visit Kullu valley, Beas River, Dashehra maidan etc.
    • Arrive and transfer to hotel Manali. Evening free for rest.
    • Overnight in the hotel.

    Day 04
    In Manali(Local Sightseeing)
    • Morning proceed to Visit the 450 years old Hidimbadevi Temple, the oldest temple in Manali, Tibetean center & monastery, Vasisth village, known for its hot Sulpher springs Roerich art Gallery
    • Bahist Temple, Solang Valley which offers a spectacular view of glaciers and snow capped peaks..at an altitude of 3978 meters.
    • Also visit Kothi, Rahala Water falls on the way. (Subject to weather conditions and road being open).
    • Rest of the day is at leisure or takes a stroll down the Mall road.
    • Overnight in the hotel.


    Day 05
    Rohtang Pass  (100 Kms. Round Tour)
    • Early morning visit A place not to be missed – Rohtang Pass, (51Kms. / 3Hrs.) from Manali at an altitude of 3978 meters.
    • Also visit Kothi, Rahala Water falls on the way.(subject to weather conditions and road being open). (Visit to Rohtang Pass not included in the cost subject to weather conditions and road being open).(As per Himachal Goverment Rouling outsiders not go to do the Rohtang Pass & Guest Have to Take Car from union on Direct Payment Basis. )
    • Rest of the day is at leisure or takes a stroll down the Mall road.

    Day 06
    Manali to Dharmshala  (280 Kms. /10 Hrs.)
    • A distance of 260 kilometer on the way stopping at Baijnath known for its Shiva Temple and further at Palampur famous For Tea Garden..
    • Dharamhsala is a hill-station lying on the spur of the Dhauladhar Mountains about 18 kms north-east of Kangra, It is known for its scenic beauty set amidst high pine and oak trees.
    • Since 1960, when it became the temporary headquarters of His Holiness The Dalai Lama, Dharamshala has risen to international repute as “The Little Lhasa in India”.
    • Overnight in the hotel.

    Day 07
    Dharmshala to Dalhousie  (145 Kms. / 5 Hrs.)
    • After Breakfast drive from Dharamshala towards Dalhousie after doing the local sightseeing of Places which includes, His holiness Dalai lama residence at Mc Leodgunj, War memorial, Bhagsunath temple and Dal Lake.
    • Reach Dalhousie in the evening.
    • Overnight in the hotel.

    Day 08
    Dalhousie – Khajjiar
    • Dalhousie has been named after the British Governor – General of the l9th century, Lord Dalhousie.
    • Surrounded by varied vegetation – pines, dodders, oaks and flowering rhododendron.
    • Local sightseeing of Dalhousie includes visit to Panjipula, Subhash Baoli and excursion to Khajjiar 24 Kms. from Dalhousie surrounded by thick Deodar forest.
    • Drive from Dalhousie to Khajjiar is awesome.
    • Overnight in the hotel.

    Day 09
    Homeward Bound
    • Good times need never end! As you get ready for the airport and your flight back home.
    • After breakfast drive to Delhi airport / railway station (250 Kms. / 05 hrs).
    • Due to the extremely strict security measures at the airport during peak season, guests are requested to leave for the airport at least 4 hours prior to departure.
    • Also, there are regular traffic jams for a couple of kilometers outside the airport.

  • Payment Policy

    • Initial deposit – Rs.15000  /-per person to confirm your booking with us.
    • 100% payment to be made at least 15 days before departure.
    • Total Payment in INR as per the prevailing exchange rate on the date of final Payment.

     

    Payment Policy: Cancellation

    • All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation are pre-blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers / vendors if these services are released within the below mentioned time frame.
    • If circumstances make you cancel the tour , the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.

     

    Cancellation Will Attract The Following Cancellation

    • 35 Days or more prior to Departure             15% of the Tour Cost
    • 34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure         25% of the Tour Cost
    • 14 Days to 08 Days prior to Departure        50% of the Tour Costs
    • 08 Days and beyond                                        100% of the Tour Cost

    • Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We don’t hold any confirmation for hotels/airline. Its subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by passenger.
    • Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. Destiny Travels will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change with our prior notice.
    • Check-in time at hotel is 1400 hrs & check-out time is 1100 hrs
    • Your tours and transfers are based on not at disposal basis.
    • Your itinerary will be strictly on timings.
    • Room rates based on standard rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for valley facing rooms.
    • Services will be given in exchange of original vouchers/itinerary only.
    • If lunch is included in sightseeing it will be light pack lunch.
    • Portages and coach captain tips are extra
    • Optional sightseeing can be booked in advance.
    • There is no refund for un utilized service
    • On hilly areas the ac will not work.
    • We will not be held responsible for any delays in airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
    • During sightseeing the vehicle will go up to permissible point only.
    • Any govt.tax levied must be borne by the passengers only.
    • Pre pavement of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
    • If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
